Transportation, incidentals, taxes and meals are not included No specific room or view is represented in this offer. A credit card is required for security deposit at check-in. Maximum occupancy per hotel room is four (4). No pets are allowed. Campers, trailers, and motor homes are prohibited. The resort reserves the right to alter, substitute or amend any offer at any time for equivalent accommodations and/or premiums. This package is not redeemable for cash and is void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State and Local laws apply. Due to the promotional discounts of this offer, refunds are not available. During the required sales presentation, guests will be offered the purchase of a vacation ownership interest by a representative of one of the Spinnaker companies including Resort Sales by Spinnaker, Inc., Resort Sales Missouri, Inc., Resort Sales Missouri, Inc., King's Creek Resorts, LLC. or Spinnaker Resorts, Inc. For identification purposes, a valid driver's license and major credit card must be presented upon hotel check-in and VIP preview registration. You may only tour this resort once within a twelve (12) month period. This promotion is designed for couples between the ages of 28 and 75, with a combined annual income of at least $55,000. Retired couples must share a yearly income of no less than $45,000. All couples must have matching state issued identification showing proof of cohabitation. Single females must have an annual income of no less than $60,000. If married, cohabiting or engaged both parties must attend the 90 - 120 minute sales presentation together. All attendees of the sales presentation must be either U.S. or Canadian citizens and able to speak English; unfortunately, translators are not available. This offer is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as traveling with friends or family on separately purchased packages, to the same destination during overlapping travel dates. One offer per family.

All guests are required to attend a viewing at the resort (approximately 90 to 120 minutes) to familiarize them with the options for participation in one of the vacation ownership plans. The date and time of the presentation and tour will be determined by the resort on day of check in. Failure to attend the tour and sales presentation, or failure to qualify, will result in a penalty rate of $300 in addition to the package price paid. This will be charged to the credit card on file. You must be the owner of a valid and active major credit card with a Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover logo (no prepaid credit cards or debit cards accepted). The card must be shown at time of tour presentation with a valid form of phot I.D. (Driver's License or Passport). Vacations cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional vacation offer. All reservation requests are subject to availability and based on a fist come, first served basis. Room will be assigned upon arrival. In the event that you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 15 days advance notice of cancellation to avoid "no show" charges. There will be a $75 - $150 cancel fee assessed. No cancellation or refunds made within 14 days of arrival. No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-ins or early check-outs. Acts of God or nature do note relieve the purchaser from these terms; however, if the resort is unable to provide accommodations, all money will be deposited immediately as credit into the guest account for future reservation to be booked within 6 months of the date of the Act of God or nature affecting original reservation. Upon making a reservation with a vacation specialist in response to this promotion, you agree to the policies and conditions stated above.

Among the other prohibitions set forth within these terms and conditions, and as otherwise may be adopted from time to time by the Vendor, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Registered guests), the following prohibitions shall apply: Lack of Due Care.
